Peep!

Hello friends and followers.  Today for your viewing pleasure I have a card courtesy of the Skipping Stones Design Sketch Challenge 72 and the color combination from the inspirational picture from Off the Wall Craftiness 50:

And here is the card I made inspired by these challenges:
The chickie and sentiment are from a set from Skipping Stones Design called 'Chick Chat'.  Inside the card says 'from one cute chick to another' and there is a stamp for the back of the card that is an UPC symbol with the words 'Not Cheep' - I just LOVE that!  The 'peep' chick was stamped twice - on white and yellow cardstocks then cut out and paper pieced and I added glue and yellow flock to make the chick fuzzy.  The papers are from two different baby themed stacks by K & Company that just really seemed to go well together.

Although I designed this card with the above two challenges in mind, it also fulfills the requirements of the following challenges as well:
I hope to get crafty a little later this afternoon as well, so I might have a second post for you; I will have to see how my back is doing.  Thank you to all the challenge sites for the fun challenges and thank all of you for taking the time to visit my blog and view my creations.  Your kind comments always make me smile.  :)
