Welcome come to the second day of reveals for Newton's Nook Designs' November Release. Today we present a fun new sentiment set with lots of fun, different styles which accommodate oodles of seasons & holidays -- introducing Simply Seasonal:
I was SO excited when I saw that Jen included Hanukkah in the mix, so I wanted to show that holiday (which is wicked early this year - the first night is December 6th!!) a little love and created some background patterned paper using this set:
I used the negative die cuts of the menorah for my family's Hanukkah cards last year, so I saved all the menorah cut outs knowing I could use them this year (every day is Earth Day!). So I took one and highlighted it with a piece of Ballet Blue cardstock and adhered golden sequins as 'flames' on top of all nine candles as well as a few iridescent blue ones here and there to fill in some gappy white spaces - TA DA! Easy peasy fun Hanukkah card!
Would you like to win a 'Simply Seasonal' stamp set?
This set will be given away to ONE lucky winner!!Here's how to win:

Love your design. Great job.
Creative use of the stamp set and sequins.
I love how you used the happy stamp in the background. Beautiful card
Your card is beautiful and certainly highlights how very versatile this happy font set is.
Love to know that somebody else saves those extra pieces from the die cutting. I always think I'll use them for something else - sometimes I do and sometimes they just sit around collecting dust.
the card is great.
thanks for sharing.
Lovely card! Love the design ♥
Love this idea! The way you used the Happy in the background is so fun too! I love the versatility of this set!
I'm so glad you pointed out the Hannukah phrase! I have a couple of friends that celebrate, and I'm always at a loss to find sentiments that work.
Beautiful card.
Simply sweet. I just love the variety you get with this stamp set!

Great recycling of the die-cut negative! I love your card - I don't see many Hanukkah cards and this is gorgeous!
